America’s urban projects to watch in 2012

Well, half of 2012 has come and gone, but there is still plenty of time to watch some of the country’s biggest and most impressive urban projects take shape. One of which in our own backyards! has compiled a list of some of the most exciting projects our country’s cities have seen in quite some time and Atlanta’s Beltline is one of the top picks!

Other great projects that made the top list that are similar to city’s claim to green development fame are California’s High Speed Rail, which despite economic setbacks is beginning to take shape to connect residents and tourists to the Golden Gate bridge of San Francisco to the bright stars of Hollywood all under three hours! Check out this simulation of the train passing through the Bay Area:

Another project that has Urban Eco Group’s seal of approval is the Boston Public Market. The hope is to construct a 26,000 square foot farmers market open to the public later this year. The intention is the spur economic development around the market to develop a “market district” around the bustling food exchange. Check out columnist Will Doig’s article on the market and check out Urban Eco Group’s newly completed project for the farmers market at Riverview Landing!

Perhaps your construction needs don’t span across the entire state or even a city block, but we can still help with projects big or small! Contact Urban Eco Group’s CEO Dave Radlmann at 404-537-1674 about your ideas and we can help put them in action!
